Global Health
At Rollins, you’ll study global health through an interdisciplinary lens, equipping you with an understanding of the broader social, political, economic, and cultural contexts that shape human health and well-being.
Through practical coursework that emphasizes data collection and presentation, communication, and multidisciplinary inquiry and analysis, you’ll examine health inequity and devise ways to combat systemic inequalities. You’ll then put what you’re learning into practice by collaborating with community organizations to tackle issues like the health concerns of migrant workers and inner-city populations.
By focusing on critical thinking and creative problem solving, studying global health prepares you for careers in medicine, public health, hospital administration, law, and policy.
